Interiors

What is Interior Design?

Much more than you may think.

We have high standards.

Interior design encompasses the analysis, planning, design, documentation, and management of interior spaces.

These projects are non-structural and non-seismic in nature and must be in compliance with all building design/construction, fire, life-safety, and energy codes, standards, regulations, and guidelines for the purpose of obtaining a building permit, as allowed by law.

In other words, Interior Designers work within the same rigorous, high standards and laws of the architecture industry.

Setting the tone.

The finishes and textures of your space will set the tone of your business. We’ll help you develop the perfect aesthetic within your budget.

Qualifications & Licenses

Interior Designers are highly qualified and educated individuals who have a passion for creating spaces that meet all of the needs of their clients. Because interior design involves so much more than picking out paint colors, Interior Designers qualify themselves through education, experience, and official examination to become licensed.

When designing your building, interior designers have a moral and ethical responsibility to protect consumers and occupants through designing code-compliant, accessible, and inclusive interior environments that address well-being and also the complex physical, mental, and emotional needs of people.

Resin Architecture’s Interior Designer holds all of the applicable certifications and licenses to perform their work.

Resin Interiors’

Unique Collaborative Experience

Resin Interiors works alongside the entire design team - architects, engineers, and consultants - on every project.

We utilize cutting-edge technology by working live in the model shared by every member of the design team. There is no time wasted in redrawing or remodeling for presentation. This also eliminates the risk of inaccuracies and inconsistencies, providing conflict detection for the beginning. The end result is a complete and accurately designed project.
